Tangy cabbage slaw
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise 250ml
- Lemon Zest and juice of 1
- Cider Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Wholegrain Mustard 2 tablespoons
- Celery Salt 1 tsp
- White Cabbage 1/4
- Red Cabbage 1/4
- Carrots 2
- Onion 1 Diced
- Celery 2 sliced
Instructions

Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, vinegar, mustard and celery salt in a small bowl, then season generously.

Add cabbage, carrots, onion and celery. Mix well and refrigerate. Can be made up to 1 day ahead.
